What is the procedure for engaging our services?

3.Our sales representative will perform site survey and provide on the spot quotation and explain our services to you.

4.Upon receiving the quotations, you can sign the quotation agreement on the spot or send back to

5.Once confirmed, our customer service representative will coordinate with you on the moving details, including sending of carton boxes for pre-packing.

6. In the event that your requested slot is fully booked, an alternative slot will be suggested.

7.One to two day before the move, our customer service will contact you to arrange pre-move preparation

Why is site survey important before quotation is issued ?

It is highly recommended that a site survey be conducted to avoid any miss-understanding during the move and to avoid any incidental charges on your moving dat.. It also allowed us to do an accurate assessment of the items to be moved and what kind of pre-packing is required. This will also allow us to estimate the appropriate packing materials, manpower requirement as well as estimate duration for the entire move.​

Is there a cost for scheduling a site survey or quotation?

This is a complimentary service for on-site survey and quotation request and is with no obligation should you decide not to choose us as your service provider.​

What is the duration of the site survey and time taken to provide the quotation ?

Our standard survey duration is 20 to 30 minutes depending on the scope of the move, thereafter we will also explain our services to you. You will have to provide us with more details if the move includes other location pickup or delivery. We also would need to know on the new location accessibility, whether the unloading can be done near the lift area or when pushing is required from the unloading area. ​

What are the timings for site survey slot booking?

Our site survey booking slot is available from Monday to Saturday (9AM-9PM). ​

I need an urgent move request, how do I go about doing it ?

You can contact us at +6596785201 and provide details of your move, we will try to accommodate if our schedule permits. We provide on the spot ‘Quote & Move’ too. Quotation amount will be the same as advance booking.​

What are the tips for Residential Move ?

2 Weeks before the move

a) Report change of address via neighborhood police post, and as their system is linked to all government bodies, your new address will be updated accordingly. In addition, you should notify your lawyer, doctor, magazine & newspaper distributor, bank & finance companies, credit & charge card companies, employer, friends, etc., about your change of address. Arrange with relevant authorities to cut-off utilities and telephone lines.

b) Discard, sell or give away things you won’t want to keep

4) Return all library books and borrowed items

5) Make arrangements for moving of your pets if any

6) Start packing unused item as early as possible.

Days before the move

1) Freezer and refrigerator has to be defrosted, cleaned and deodorized prior to the move.

2) Drain garden hose, coil and collect ends. Tie or tape garden tools together.

3) Use or get rid of perishable items.

What are the tips for packing

1) Label all cartons with their basic contents and their designated rooms. Each carton has to be sealed securely with packing tape and be sure all items are well padded and fit snugly in the carton or container.

2) Lampshades has to be packed in separate cartons.

3) Wrap fragile items with recycled paper or air-bubble materials and label as 'FRAGILE' Movable parts attached to appliances and stereos has to be secured properly or place these appliances into their original cartons.

Please label your connection points for your electrical appliances before dismantling for packing

1) Small appliances should be well padded and packed snugly in cartons. The weight of each carton should not exceed 20kg.

2) List out all your items for the move.

3) Set aside essential items for easy access, eg. Medicine, clothing, infant food, pet-food, cheque books.
